VKV gear inventory: quick start

Find: inv.kreweofvaporwave.com · Scan: inv.kreweofvaporwave.com/scan

Saves are live for everyone at once.

Find gear

  1. Open inv.kreweofvaporwave.com and type a name in 🔍 Find gear. You see each match and where it is.
  2. Tap a match. Its container opens, with the item outlined.

Move gear in or out

Checking out and checking in are the same: put items into a bin and save.

  1. Open inv.kreweofvaporwave.com/scan and scan the bin's label, or type its name. You see what's already inside.
  2. Scan or type each item. It appears under Adding.
  3. Tap Save. A green line lists what moved. A red line means nothing saved: tap Save again.

Send gear out with no bin ＋ New bin
Return gear to the warehouse type in
Check gear out type out, or a bin that is in Out
Mark gear lost, broken or retired type lost, broken or retired

An unexpected ★ NEW is a typo: tap Undo and retype. For uncounted stuff like extension cords, tap 📷 Photo instead of naming it.

Open the bin or place and tap Print label (after a save it prints anyway). On an iPhone, tap Share label, then choose the Phomemo app.

Tap 🐞 Report, describe it, and tap Submit. Reports are public. For anything urgent, email kreweofvaporwave@googlegroups.com.
